Johnson KIA Miami is uniquely located in downtown Miami, just steps from the oceanfront and next to the Bacardi Museum, surrounded by high-rise residences. The project embodies the “dealership of the future,” reflecting evolving guest behaviors and dealership needs, while celebrating KIA’s design philosophy of “Opposites United.” The dealership offers an open, inviting experience where guests are welcomed into a show car gallery and greeted by staff. The design engages all five senses through KIA’s brand colors, textures, and materials, while offering spaces such as the delivery lounge, café, merchandising area, and service center. The second level features the KIA EV Zone and café, where visitors can relax, enjoy views of Biscayne Boulevard, and connect with the showroom below. Upper levels house mechanical operations and a state-of-the-art semi-automated parking system for nearly 400 cars, showcasing both new and pre-owned vehicles. Crowning the dealership is a rooftop destination overlooking Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach, designed as a public gathering space to enjoy sunsets, meet friends, or simply relax. More than just a place to buy or service a car, Johnson KIA Miami is a community destination where “Opposites United” comes to life.
